Officers and crew give hand salute on stern of McGinty. According to McGinty crewmember Don Reece, "photo was taken at the recommissioning ceremony March 28, 195l, in San Diego. We had just taken the ship out of mothballs... The civilian in the photo was some official from San Diego." Thanks, Don!
